The world premiere of K-PAX, adapted from his novel by the author, and staged by Act Provocateur Intl. took place on Feb. 11 - Mar. 7, 2004, in London, England, to excellent reviews. An abridged version was presented at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Aug. 5-30, 2004. The U.S. premiere took place on May 7, 2010 at the Geneva Underground Playhouse, Geneva, IL. Since then, it has been performed at various other venues around the world.

Dr. Brewer has recently finished a new play, Oscar, based on his novel, Becoming Human. It is a highly topical tragicomedy about the creation of an artificial brain. For permissions, please contact the author.
